Sinigang sa Bayabas
In the Philippines a sour pork or fish or chicken broth named SINIGANG is a good hearty meal in combination with rice.Sour fruits are use. It can be guava,tamarind,kamias, or santol .I am not sure if other fruits are use but at least in my hometown in Paombong ,Bulacan, these are the fruits we choose for this main course.What we do is we boil first either milk fish , pork ,chicken or beef.Then we mix the mashed sour fruit .For chicken, we can only have tamarind.For milk fish we can have any of the sour fruits but the best is the santol.For beef and pork, we can have tamarind or guava.When the meat is done, we can now add kangkong or watercress,okra, gabi or yam, and string beans.In this picture is my favorite sinigang-sinigang sa bayabas

This is Fernando Poe,Jr, a National Artist of the Philippines for movies.He has written, and directed many good movies that were viewed by millions,of course, he was the major actor of these movies.He was my father's favorite.He was called King even by my own King.My favorite movie was the Muslim .357 because of the way the story was told and because it was shot in the place where I had my my grade school in Tondo,Manila. Shot in the movie were places where I walked, biked,chased my classmates and had seen my crush after our classes. of course, with me was my younger sister,Michelle.

The best rice porridge or "Lugaw" I have tasted is from Bulacan.Those from Chowking tastes bland and I can say,I just wasted my money when I ordered.You know if you have eaten the best cuisine, you will know that the best kind of food are those cooked at home.

I went to a mall to see a friend.But instead of seeing her, I decided to look at pretty things that I might buy once I get my bonus.perhaps I will buy Hello Kitty items like refrigerator or radio.Bugs Bunny has been my favorite since I was a kid.We have same big teeth.
MY PLAN- to write a novel for children
Somehow I want to write a fairy tale. Something like ONCE UPON A TIME,there lived a princess named Eleithyia who fell in love with a handsome big-bellied king named Luke.(The belly was his way to her heart because it served as a soft pillow).They lived in a far country we may named Syncitio(parang trophoblast). Since Eleithyia has been an orphan, she looked at her husband as everything that she had.They were happy together but economic crises came to their lives so there came a time when both of them wanted to further their kingdom.King Luke traveled far and had conquered the land of Victor while Eleithyia was left behind to attend to their children.She asked him to come back as soon as he could so that he would see her dance the new craze in town that she just learned. HE PROMISED THAT HE WOULD NOT TAKE LONG.They kissed goodbye.
King Luke has such a warm charming singing voice.He was always singing while visiting his constituents and so when in Victor, Alas!A wicked witch in the name of Brux fell in love with the charming king when she heard him sing for his people.During a big feast in honor of the King,Brux danced and eventually cast a powerful spell on him while she was swirling around the dance floor.The magic made him forget about his family and his way home.Poor Queen Eleithyia tried to seek her husband but the witch kept him in her black castle which could only be found in the murkiest part of the woods. The poor family and kingdom left behind thought that he was dead because nothing has been heard about the king.Eleithyia ruled the kingdom and tried to live in the presence of the Lord.A concerned citizen from the land of Victor told her that the King was alive but was oblivious of what he was and was a captive of a witch who was by now the known queen of Victor.A war was declared by Eleithyia and she went to the battles with a courage and will in honor of her undying love for the king.Unfortunately, in the middle of the fiercest battle, no wound can ever more deeper seeing her husband fighting for the side of the opponent. Eleithyia decided to leave the war and asked her soldiers to back out.She just did not want to hurt the King.She just felt that there was no more sense in fighting for something that was no more there(the love and commitment of the king).The pain was too much too bear.She went to her chamber crying not only for days, not only weeks, but also months and perhaps even years would not mend her injury.She went to her citizens, trying to rule the kingdom as if nothing really was a problem.She tried to pull her self together for the true people who love her and the friends who support her. However...there came a man in the name of Benedict who fell in love with the pretty wretched queen.He was also a handsome young prince from another country....which we may call Kingdom of St John.He showered the lonely queen with flowers and looked at her in a way that no one ever did.He tried to ask the Queen to dance but she ignored him.Nevertheless,he was happy when he was with the queen.However, the queen could not be pleased.There was only one man in her heart.She believes that what God put together,let no one put asunder.She clung to her pledge to the Lord even if King Luke could not be true to it.Till when would she be like this, only time can tell.Hopefully someday , she would finally live happy ever after.
I call my main character Queen Eleithyia because that is the name of the goddess who help women in child birth.The King was named Luke because Apostle Luke was a physician and Luke is the name of the son of Darth Vader ,my favorite character in Starwars. Hope I can polish this story more in the future.I write this in honor of my own King and my Master,Mahal na Honey,who said he is also a great Jedi Master.May the Force of God be with you.

I NEVER REGRET WHAT LIFE HAD BEEN
I never regret every bit of my life.Even if I had mistakes, the mistakes gave meaning and lessons.I won many battles.I lose in some undertakings.Greatest miracles happened like being born to good parents who loved us forever, passing the UPCAT and the medical board exam and even meeting good friends who are forever true . Some lessons were learned the hard way.I received the repercussions well like a bruise that was gradually absorbed by time.My wound was deep.I never regret my marriage even if it somehow brought so many hardships.I never said that I was not even prepared for it. For me, that was the best decision I made because I love my husband very much.I married a wonderful person.I cherished every single day I shared with him.He gave me a smart kid.I miss the hugs and kisses of our unica hija.I miss her neverending questions and her love to explore.If I have magic,I will really return back during those days that we had her. I loved the family we had...but even if love was true, ... life has it's finality like apoptosis in a cell's life cycle.If I will be given a second chance by God, I will repeat what I did.Not because I did not learn from errors that I had but because love was sincere. The heavens linger and God never slumber.I have so many queries but only God can answer.I hope that time will answer me somehow.
Life is still wonderful.A career is blossoming.I am still whole even if not complete as I used to.Someday,God will stretch His hands and bring forth a baby that I will call Elieithyia- name of the Goddess of child birth.HOPE TO HAVE TWINS, THOUGH.
A BIG QUESTION
Why of all children Almarie has to go?She was such a very intelligent girl and she could be a great woman.I wonder why she was not given a chance by God?For what purpose was she brought to this world only to leave us at tender age of four.

We both use Crocs.Culinary Center of the Arts recommended Crocs for kitchen work so Joyce have one.I use my Crocs during my duty .Mine is the smaller one.Joyce is Big Foot.Her shoe size is 9.
